Thank you for your interest.  In order for your application to be considered we require you to be an exhibitor and this form must be submitted. Due to limited speaking opportunities and in order to offer variety to the attendees, not every application will be chosen and completion of this form is not a guarantee that the proposed presentations will be selected.  Those presenting will be notified a minimum of 30 days prior to the expo.  Thank you
