IT'S ALMOST TIME! We are looking forward to returning Live and In-Person with all of our amazing Vendors! Now that you’ve reserved your space at the 2021 Holistic Health & Spiritual Expo, let your clients and contacts know how important it is that they are there too. The Exhibitor Kit below includes LOTS of information to help answer questions and help you make this event as smooth as possible.

Promote Your Presence

Get the most from your investment by spreading the word about your participation. The most important thing for our vendors is attendance. To make this a successful event, we budget thousands in marketing, social media, print, and radio ads. We have also created a custom Social Media Post for each of our vendors, when yours is created we tag your social media account. That is a great opportunity to let your clients, friends, and family know you will be there. Great future marketing tool as well.

One of the best ways to show your appreciation for a special client is to send them one of your 2 free tickets. These tickets are for the Weekend Pass, but you also get 2 free Main Stage presentations with Dr. Darren Weissman and John DeSouza tickets valued at $38 each. Weekend Schedule

Friday, Nov 5th - Vendor Set-Up

Doors open for advance set up at 11 am and close at 8 pm Take advantage of the extra time to get your booth set up so you can simply show up on Saturday morning, worry-free! Great time to network with other vendors too! Booth can be left set up Friday and Saturday night doors will be locked at night.

Saturday, Nov 6th Doors- EXPO 10 am-6 pm

Doors open for vendors at 7 am- We ask that all vendors are at their booths and completely set up by 9:45 am. We do not allow vendors to set up after doors open at 10 am on Sat Nov 6th, there are no refunds for no shows or late arrivals. The show closes at 6 pm and all vendors are required to stay at their booth until the end of the show.

Sunday, Nov 7th-EXPO 10 am-6 pm

Doors open at 8 am for vendors. Vendors are not allowed to break down booths until 6 pm. You will have until 9 pm to complete the move-out.

Raffle for Charity

Don't miss the chance to be a part of the Make a Wish charity raffle. When you partner with us to help a charity many people view your donation, you will be included in social media posts, on the website, and displayed at the raffle table with your company information. Please email Nancy@hhase.com if you would like to participate. The deadline is October 20th.

Hotel Rooms

We have blocked off rooms for the Renaissance overnight stay. There are limited rooms available through this link and must be booked by Oct 15th.

Parking

Vendors arriving on Friday, Nov 5th for early set up should park in the Northeast lot. This is the one closest to the Exploration Hall

Show days, Nov 6&7th- We ask that all vendors park in the Southeast lot so attendees have quicker access to Exploration Hall.

Tips for a Successful Event

Attract more people to your booth with a raffle. By collecting emails on the raffle form you are growing your list.
Give samples, you are essentially at the expo to expose your business to new clients. Offering samples gives them a chance to try your product after the show, by collecting their email you can follow up.
Offer coupons. Many times attendees are shopping for new services or products, by providing a coupon you are extending your relationship after the expo.
Offer a SHOW Discount, encourage them to try your service or product then set up appts while at the expo for future dates.
Don't forget to bring business cards, flyers, and other material to encourage future business. Don't forget your banners, notepads, pens, bottled water, etc.

*Make sure to bring something to set up future appointments or sell online products you might not have at the expo.

The health and safety of all visitors to the Holistic Health & Spiritual Expo remain our top priority. We are closely monitoring government mandates and policy changes, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, and public health advancements. As information pertaining to the virus continues to develop, we will adjust our approach as needed and keep you up to date with new developments to ensure a coordinated effort and a safe environment for all HHASE visitors.
